He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay J. Smith and Ruby Smith (Young); his sister Patricia Sayler; and his daughter Kristle Smith. He is survived by: his wife Louise Smith (Spray); his sons, Greg Smith (Charlene) of Frankfort, Rick Smith of Frankfort, Tim Smith (Mike) of Indianapolis and Kip Smith (Jane) of Warner Robins, GA; and his grandchildren, Ashley Ferguson (Brent), Kayla Dubree (Brandon) and Catherine Mack (Saiyd). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clinton County Humane Society or plant a tree in his honor.
