He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlow Mercer and Mildred Fuller (Stewart); and his wife Lillian Fuller (Petzinger). He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Copeland (Paul) of Frankfort, Timothy Fuller (Carol) of Indianapolis and Jonathan Fuller (Kate) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to the Houghton NY Wesleyan Church (https: //http://www.hwchurch.org) and designated for the support of the Royal Family Kids Camp.
