She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Stevens and Kay Stevens (Mouser); her sisters, Julia Stevens and Patricia Arnold; and her nephew CJ Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Angel Stevens of Frankfort, Gabriel Stevens (Alyssa) of Colfax, Michael Stevens (Sara) of Frankfort, Jon Stevens (Kalah) of Frankfort and Jacob Stevens of Colfax; her siblings, Cynthia Jones (Robert) of Michigantown and Daniel Joe Stevens Jr. of Frankfort; and her brother-in-law Earl Arnold of Frankfort. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 7 nieces and nephews.
