We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2020, at the age of 78, Troy Lowery (Frankfort, Indiana), born in Langley, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Lowery and Murphy Lowery (Echols); and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Carberry; his sister Betty; his sons, Troy Allen Lowery (Mindy) and Charles Wesley Lowery (Deanna); his stepchildren, Mark Williams (Pam) and Jennifer Douglass (Pat); his great grandchildren, Hudson Baker and Princeton Deckard; and his brother Charles.
