He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. McEntire, Sr. and Patricia McEntire (Skinner); and his brother Rex McEntire. He is survived by: his wife Mary Akard; his children, April McEntire of Frankfort and Jarrod McEntire (Makenzie Wolfe) of Frankfort; his stepdaughters, Sarah Gilmore of Frankfort and Emily Akard (Clayton Palmer) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Cayden Jarman, Ava Jarman, Leyton Crum, Elston McEntire, Alex Gilmore and Kai Gilmore; and his sisters, Bonnie Deener (Daren) of Centralia, MO and Susan McEntire (Tom Estes) of Joplin, MO..
