Carter of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Brandi Rhone (Mark) of Shelbyville, IN, Kristi Smith (Joe Abbott) of Indianapolis, IN, Tony Santos of Indianapolis, IN, Darren Carter of Indianapolis, IN, Kayla Carter of Indianapolis, IN and Mike Carter (Jennifer) of Indianapolis, IN; her great grandchildren, Mike Carter Jr., Austin Rhone, Maddie Rhone, Wyatt Smith, Baileigh Smith, Sawyer Smith, Andy Rhone, Lilly Santos and Titan Santos; and her sister Deborah McKenzie of Franklin, IN.
