It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Hooton Shideler (Franklin, Indiana), born in Logansport, Indiana, who passed away on June 16, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John I. Baker and Martha Baker (Keys); and her children, Michael Hooton and Mary Long. She is survived by: her former husband Carl F. Hooton; her husband Jim Shideler; her daughter Martha Hooton; and her children-in-law, Jeff Long of Greenwood, IN and Kathy Hooton of Bristol, TN.
