She was predeceased by: her husband George B. Cox; her parents, Otto C. Smith and Hazel Marie Mitchell Smith; and her brothers, Otto C. Smith, Jr. and Walter Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann DeMoss (Ken) of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Justin DeMoss (Sarah) of Loveland, Ohio and Katie DeMoss Dankel of Erlanger, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Lucy, Sophie, Cora and Everett; her brother Les Smith (Wanda); Wilma Sullivan.
