She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Adkins and Christina Elizabeth Adkins; her husband Merrill Jack McCain; and her brother Marshall Adkins. She is survived by: her children, Kevin McCain (Becky) and Beth Ann Hehman (Randy); her grandchildren, Ashley McCain (Greg Rock), Marcus McCain, Seth McCain, Blake Wilkins (Megan), Melissa Hasty (Brian), Matthew Hehman (Clarissa), Jacob Hehman (Nena) and Christopher Hehman (Lyndsey); her pet Skeeter Jean; Amy Mae Howley.

The family ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Brookdale Hospice or Bengal Christian Church.
