Skaggs (Valesa) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Scott Richards (Kelly) of Greenwood, IN, Bethany Hannon (Patrick) of Greenwood, IN, Allison Skaggs of Franklin, IN, Leah Skaggs of Indianapolis, IN, Kyle Skaggs of Indianapolis, IN, Ryan Skaggs (Heather) of Bloomington, IN and Andrew Skaggs (Jenny) of Noblesville, IN; and her great grandchildren, Trevan, Tristin, Bailey, Colbie, Sydney, Trace, Serenity, Emma, Benjamin and Laura. She is also survived by several nieces; nephew, great-nieces and great-nephews.
