She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Perry and Sadie Perry (Hume); her husband David; her brothers, Vernon and Butch Perry; and her granddaughter Sarah Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Philip W. Hicks (Karen) of Franklin, Sharon S. Giger (Richard) of Princes Lakes, Larry D. Hicks (Carol) of Princes Lake and Lori B. Sewell (Marty) of Franklin; and her sister Mary Ann Carlton (Perry) of Lawrenceburg, KY.
