He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Mitchell and Vera Boggs Mitchell; and his wife Loretta Lee. He is survived by: his sons, Craig Mitchell (Liying Shao-Mitchell) of Columbus and Bradley Mitchell of Franklin; his siblings, Wanda Evans of Columbus, Pearl Ross (Bill) of Fishers, Indiana and Hiram "Tug" Mitchell of Letcher County, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Gonzales (Richie) of Raleigh, NC and Katelyn Mitchell of Ft.
