Murray and Marjorie Murray (McWhorter); his wife Karen Murray (Davis); his children, Christie Murphy (Billy) and Mike Murray (Shannon); his grandchildren, Hunter, Ian, Zachary Partin, Abigail and Emily Murray; his stepgrandson Zachary "Murph" Murphy; his aunt Elizabeth Harden; his mother-in-law Betty Sandlin; and his sister-in-law Sondra Amos. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
