He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Harold and Mozell Carr (Smith); his wife Wanda Marie Carr; his children, Lynne Hail, Larry Carr and Leslie Couture; and his sister Jane Cross. He was also cherished by three granddaughters and one great-grandson.
