He was predeceased by: his parents, Euen Basham and Elsie Lamastus Basham. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Basham; his children, Francis Parker of Indiana and Betty Vickery of London; and his siblings, Exie Miller of Morgantown, Elizabeth Maynard of Auburn, Loretta Elliott (Terry) of Russellville and O. J. Basham (Sue) of Morgantown. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
