It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Cowan (Franklin, Indiana), born in Key West, Florida, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Irvin Eugene Cowan of Montverde, FL and Helen Adeline Cowan (Garrett) of Orlando, FL; his wife Pamela A. Cowan (Mills) of Franklin, IN; his son Justin W. Cowan; his granddaughters, Ariel B. Cowan and Skylar K. Cowan; and his siblings, Jack Cowan of Orlando, FL and Kim Varga (Peter) of Winter Garden, FL..
Due to COVID 19 restrictions a visitation will take place Monday May 18, 2020 from 12 Noon till 2PM with social distancing guidelines at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U. S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN.
