He is survived by: his pet Molly; his wife Alma Emerson of Franklin, Indiana; his children, Don Emerson (Brenda) of Branch, Lisa Followell (Faron) of Franklin and Pam Self (Joe) of Greenwood, Indiana; his siblings, Bill Emerson of Liberty, Kentucky, Kay Baxter of Stanford and Tootie Yaden (Danny) of Liberty, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Teri Sluder, Kellie Boyd, Cody Kakavecos, Noah Self, Bailey Self and Emerson Self. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
