She is survived by: her sons, Steve Boltz (Martha) of Indianapolis, IN. and Scott Boltz (Jayne) of Greentown, IN.; her grandchildren, Jonathan Boltz of Indianapolis, IN., Suzanne Collins (Jon) of Indianapolis, IN., Rebecca Hite (Brent) of Fishers, IN., Laura Stage (Kevin) of Kokomo, IN., David Boltz (Jacqui) of Fishers, IN and Nathan Boltz (Kayla) of West Lafayette, IN.; her great grandchildren, Emmarie Collins, Lila Hite, Isaac Stage and Audra Collins; and her sister-in-law Runay Boltz of Lynn Haven, FL..
