She is survived by: her husband Russell E. Shank of Franklin, IN; her children, Randy W. Blackwell of Englewood, FL, Shelia A. Hood (Tom) of Franklin, IN and Dawn Surface (Richard) of Bargersville, IN; and also Pleasant Baptist Church. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
