He is survived by: his spouse Jan Backmeyer (Bass); his daughters, RaeAnne Tyra (David) of Linton and Teresa Lynn Forbes (Cameron) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Joshua Tyra of Chicago, Amy Lore (Lennon) of Terre Haute, Abby Ellinger (Derek) of Greenwood and Paige Bueltemann (Jonas) of Munster, Germany.; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Augustus Lore, Ava, Jack Ellinger, Nora and Fenley Bueltemann; and his brother Jack Kegley of Greenwood.
