He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Maudeline Butler Halbeck; and his brother Robert Halbeck. He is survived by: his wife Carole Darlene King Halbeck; and his children, Kenneth Halbeck of Christiana, Andrew Halbeck of Gallatin, Phillip Halbeck, Manchester and Timothy Halbeck of Wartrace. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great. grandchild.
