We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2021, at the age of 91, Frances A. Fowler of Franklin, Indiana, born in Bloomfield, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis Miller and Anna Laurie Miller (Lindsey); her husband Chuck Fowler; her brother Bill Miller; and her nephew Mike Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Fowler (Julia Stanfield) of Mulberry, IN, John Fowler (Mary) of Fairland, IN and Judy Fowler Smith of Franklin, IN; and her sister-in-law Janice Rauch Miller of Petaluma. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nineteen great- grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren and three nephews.
