He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence John Franklin and Cova Ann Rogers (Bartlett); and his brother Philip Alan Rogers. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Natalie Harding (Rogers) of Indianapolis and Wendy Dawn Gregory (Rogers) of New Whiteland; his former wife Vicki Jean Kennedy (Loveless); his brothers, Randall Lawrence Rogers and Jeffrey Brian Rogers; his granddaughters, Patches Dawn Green (Gregory) and Paisley Dawn Seng; his great grandchild Rowan Phineas Dean Finchum; his granddaughter Halloween; and his son-in-law Michael Lee Harding.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Heart Association, or the American Mental Health Foundation.
