It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Dale Rork (Franklin, Indiana), born in Osgood, Indiana, who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elvin Rork and Edna Rork; his children, Jason, Chris, Lisa, Jackie and Pam; his sister Naomi; and his grandchildren, Derek, Evan, Rebecca, Taylor, Kristyn, Corey, Brittney and Cain. He was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and beloved family and friends.
