He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Jesse Carter and Bessie Jane Carter (Morrow); his wife Shirley Carter of Franklin; his children, Kim Grider of Fishers, Crissy Carter Receveur of Indianapolis and Jason Mason of Bedford, IN; his brother Jerry D. Carter (Carol) of Fortville, IN; and his grandson Logan Grider of Fishers.
Due to recent COVID-19 mandates, all guests are required to wear face coverings or masks at visitations and services.
