We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2019, at the age of 82, James J. Ward (Franklin, Indiana), born in Martinsville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ward and Stella Ward (Fryman); his former wife Olla Mae; his son James Jeffrey Ward; his siblings, John Ward, Helen Ward, Marie Ward, Louise Parks and Barbara Wiltermood; and his grandson Brian Michael Arthur.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Ward of Franklin, IN; his children, Bruce Ward (Rebecca) of Indianapolis, IN, Connie Hawkins of Franklin, IN, Emily Ketner (Mike) of Hope, IN and Jenny Arthur (Josh) of Columbus, IN; and his siblings, Bill Ward of Indiana, Carl Ward (Avis) of Indiana, Oscar Ward (Tanny) of Indiana, Raymond Ward (Peggy) of Indiana, Kay Seipp (Ken) of Florida, Marion Baldwin (Marvin) of Indiana, Carolyn Broadstreet (Gary) of Indiana and Opal Chambers (Mike) of Indiana. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
The Ward family has requested that contributions be made in Jim's memory in lieu of flowers to the Fair Haven Christian Church.
