He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Thomas and Evelyn Thomas (Randolph); and his daughter-in-law Tina Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Thomas (Smith); his sons, Jim Thomas (Karen) and Tim Thomas (Lori); his grandchildren, Allison Clark (Ryan), Cara Thomas, Tyler Thomas and Matt Thomas (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Jack Clark, Millie Clark and Hendryx Thomas; and his sisters, Joanne Patton and Bea Smith (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Northern Park Baptist Church General Fund at 598 N. Meridian Street Greenwood, Indiana 46143.
