He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Deckard and Bonnie Lebo (Shepard); his daughter Elizabeth Deckard; his grandson Evan Deckard; his siblings, Tina Key (Joe), Scott Deckard, Jon Deckard (Kris) and Brent Lebo (Mindy); and his nephew Chad Loveday. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
