In loving memory of Larry Burmeister Sr. of Franklin, Indiana, who departed this world on October 13, 2025 at the age of 88. Larry leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Jean McGuire Burmeister; and his sisters, Katie Dodson and Shirley Dodson. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Helena Jones Burmeister; his children, Jean Burmeister, Jeri Kneiry (Tom) and Larry Burmeister Jr. (Deedi); and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jessica, Mario, Brooklynn and Patrick. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at the Riddle Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Larry Burmeister.
