Reeves-Westwater of Franklin, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Franklin Powell and Alberta Mae Powell (Campbell); and her husband Alan Gene Westwater. She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth P. Reeves of Franklin, IN; her sons, Jeffrey P. Reeves (Gina) of Franklin, IN, Timothy J. Reeves (Amanda) of Franklin, IN and Kenneth W. Reeves of Franklin, IN; her grandchildren, Jeffrey P. Reeves II (Melissa), Christian T. Reeves, Travis K. Reeves (Desiree), Josie M. Reeves of Jessie, R. J and Jadlyn C. Reeves; her great grandchild Braelyn Marie Reeves; and her sister-in-law Linda Cope (Larry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
