She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel E. Cooper (Flora) and Robert W. Cooper; her husband Fred Boots; her grandson David James Smith; and her siblings, Robert W. Cooper, Jr., Theodore Cooper, Daniel Cooper, Evelyn Griffen and Shirley L. Herbic.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Smith of Franklin, IN; her stepdaughter Sandy Boots Julius (David) of Marion, IN; her granddaughter Kimberly Craighead (Todd); her stepgranddaughters, Tiffany, Amber and Ashley; and her sister Margie A. Cooper White (Richard) of Toledo, OH.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, five step-great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
