She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward M. Campbell and Helen J. Campbell (Taylor); her husband Eddy Mac Teets; her son Scott Teets; and her brothers, William, Paul, Robert and Donald Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Alan Teets (Sandy) and Dr. Sheryl Denise Johnson (Michael); her daughter-in-law Deb Teets; her grandchildren, Michelle Steele (Matt), Christopher Teets, Jason Teets, Jessi West (Ben), Kendra Johnson and April Johnson; her stepgranddaughters, Molly Burton (Tom) and Michelle Tucker (Kirk); her great grandchild Cal Scott West; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kurtis Tucker, Jacob Bradford and Johnna Fritch (Justin).
