It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norita Quiggins (Franklin, Indiana), who passed away on October 27, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Frank York; her daughter Jill Nicole Quinn (Joe) of Kentucky; her grandson Gage Scott Quinn; her siblings, Barb Ward of Franklin and Donald York of Franklin; her nephews, Larry Ward and Brandon York; her niece Morgan York; and her mother Darlene York Lynn.
