She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Gresh and Cecilia Gresh; her husband John Joseph Cook; her daughter Janet Kasper; and her brothers, Kenneth Gresh and Eugene Gresh.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Cook (Karen), Ruth Ann Whorton (Joseph) and Michael Cook (Patrice); and her sister Carolyn Sokolnicki. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
