He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Dobbs and Bertha Goodin Dobbs. He is survived by: his wife Delores Davis of Brookville; his children, Dr. David Dobbs (Kathy) of Aurora and Dianna Koester (Jeff) of Brookville; his grandchildren, Emily Dobbs (Chris), Michael Dobbs, Matthew Dobbs, Caroline Koester and Lauren Koester; and his great grandchild Gwen.
