It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rella Roy (Franklin, Indiana), born in Russell Springs, Kentucky, who passed away on August 27, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Joshua and Eva Gosser (Chumbley); her daughters, Wanda Sue Lemmon (Steve) and Sherry Phillips (Greg); her grandchildren, Kim Weston (Scottie), Brian Godby (Beckie), David Godby (Devin), Timothy Roy, Whitney Skillman (Michael) and Sarah Phillips; her great grandchildren, Jonathon (Allie), Makenzie (Ronnie), Dawson, Joseph, Logan, Hannah, Abbie, Lexi and Merick; her sister Lofie Stubbs; her husband Avert Gerald Roy; and her siblings, Ervil Gosser, Ilda Scales and Lora Butcher.
