She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin Whitaker and Sylvia Whitaker (Sears). She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her children, Laura Kirkpatrick (Donnie), Ashley Puckett and Daniel Puckett; her grandson Lincoln; and her brother Greg Whitaker (Christy).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fransician Alliance Hospice House.
