It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Allen (Franklin, Indiana), who passed away on September 15, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his father Bob Runyan; his stepmother Linda Runyan; his mother Deanna Taylor; his stepfather Bill Taylor; his children, Chelsea Runyan, Alex, Michael and Christopher Runyan; and his brother David Wayne Runyan.
