He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harlan Wells and Maude Anna Wells (Smith); his brother Forrest Wells; and his brother-in-law Lewis Sheese. He is survived by: his siblings, Lois Sheese of Indianapolis and Rex Wells (Leah) of Franklin; and his sister-in-law Pauline Wells of Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
