He is survived by: his spouse Leanna Swank (King); his children, Douglas Swank of Lawrence, IN, Debra Kincaid (Steve) of Noblesville, IN and Daniel Swank (Janelle) of East Jordan, MI; his grandchildren, Cody Lavelle of Largo, FL, Emerson of Lawrence, IN, Sarah of Lawrence, IN, Ethan Swank of Lawrence, IN, Matthew of Noblesville, IN, Nicholas Kincaid of Noblesville, IN, Jarret Swank (Anna) of Columbus, OH and Evelyn Friske (Jon) of Charlevoix, MI; his siblings-in-law, George Pierron of Greenville, OH, Virginia Lyons (Ray) of Covington, OH, Kathy Phillips of Circleville, OH, Karena Phillips (Mark) of Circleville, OH and Christine Swank of Tipp City, OH; and also Dorothy Lavelle-Swank of Noblesville, IN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
