She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Richard and Snowden Wallace Kashner (Wyatt); her husband Eugene "Bud" Puckett; her son Patrick Puckett; and her siblings, Aileen, Dorothy, Richard, Allen, Lonnie, Alice, Corabelle, Judy and Gary.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Sue Puckett of Franklin, IN and Bonny Kay Siekman (Ken); her grandchildren, Jennifer Fletcher (Dave), Annandale, Mark Siekman (Kelly) and Severna Park, MD; and her great grandchildren, Riley, William, Larkin Fletcher, Jackson and Evelyn Siekman.
