It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Bastin Burton Abner (Franklin, Indiana), who passed away on April 10, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert Lee Burton; her husband Virgil L. Abner; and her siblings, Roscoe, Carlos, William Bastin, Lela Bastin Oliver and Frances Bastin Watson.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Joseph Lee and Jason Robert; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Hailey; her stepchildren, Michael, Carol, Debbie and Shelby Jean; and her siblings, Fay Bastin Eakle of Ninevah, Indiana and Kennely Bastin of Franklin, Indiana. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
