She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lois Pellum (Vern), Fred Frazier and Edward Frazier (Della Mae); and her parents, Lee Frazier and Ethel Frazier (Keith).

She is survived by: her children, Brenda L. Henselmeier, Dale E. Henselmeier, Cheryl A. Henselmeier and Linda Henselmeier-Graham; her grandchildren, Chad, Josh, Jeremy, Jake, Angie and Shelby; her great grandchildren, Jace, Isabella and Abigail; and her sister-in-law Sally Frazier Slunaker.

Memorial contributions are welcomed to be made to Alzheimer's Association.
