He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ratliff and Marry Ratliff (Hayden); and his brother Larry Dean Ratliff. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Ratliff of Franklin, IN, Matthew Ratliff of Franklin, IN and Andrew Ratliff of Noblesville, IN; his grandson Brayden Ratliff; and his siblings, Darleen Bledsoe, Linda Huber, Joyce Nalley, Patricia Ratliff, Ray Ratliff and Richard Ratliff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
