She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Pennington and Perlie Stephens Pennington; and her siblings, Ruel Pennington, Arlis Pennington, Boyd Pennington, Ruth Garner, Edna VanBever, Neva Alcorn and Gladys Pennington.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Haynes; her daughters, Patty Gainey (Ray) and Kathy Guiliani (Bruce); her grandchildren, Brent Guiliani (Ashley), Kara Cecil (Keith), Katie Gainey and Sean Gainey (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Kiersten, Kevin Cecil, Blake and Anna Guiliani.
