He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Clark and Carl Clark; his wife Phyllis Clark; and his stepson John Kelso. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Gruber (Kyle) and Robert Clark (Amber); his stepchildren, Dale Kelso (Wendy), Cheryl Watkins (Rick), Cyndi Hendricks (Russ), Rick Kelso and Darlene Twomey (James); and his sister Nancy Ellen Burnett (Tole). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to the American Legion Post #205, 1200 Park Ave, Franklin, Indiana 46131.
