He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Gushwa and Esther Gushwa (Downhour). He is survived by: his sons, James D. Gushwa of Seymour, IN, Ronald L. Gushwa of Mishawaka, IN and John Gushwa of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
