He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Timmons); his children, David (Toni) and Jennifer Weaver (Randy); his grandchildren, Austin and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Amanda and Amorah.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Center Grove Church or Parkinson's Foundation.
