He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy M. Nixon and Lena Gaye Nixon (Fitzpatrick). He is survived by: his wife Donna Nixon (Luckett) of Franklin, IN; his children, Jed Nixon (Kim) of Lafayette, IN, Amber McIninch (Kevin) of Greenwood, IN and Andrew Nixon (Amanda) of Greenwood, IN; his stepsons, Robert Arney (Marvilou), Ronald Arney (Carrie) of Indianapolis, IN, Michael Arney (Sadie) of Morgantown, IN and Joseph Arney (Shana) of Salem, IN; his grandchildren, Tosha Brown, Alyssa Nixon, Trent McIninch (Evelyn), Raven Gerbick (Jeff), Kyle Nixon, Hannah Nixon, Tyler Williams, Josie Arney, Christian Arney, Levi Arney, Adelyn Arney, Phillip Arney and Paul Arney (Amanda); and his sister Alice Kimble of Franklin. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Service will be private, due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
