He was predeceased by : his parents, Guy Smith and Josephine Smith (Young); and his sister Cynthia Smith. He is survived by : his wife Wendy Smith (Montgomery) of Frankton; his daughter Lenzie Allen of Albany, KY; his stepchildren, Joshua Braddick (Kirstee) of Martinsville, Carlee Braddick of Summitville, Michael Braddick of Frankton and Gabrielle Braddick of Frankton; and his siblings, Mary Lou Bryant of Edmonton, KY, Dan Smith (Shelly) of Fairplay, MD, Dave Smith (Debbie) of Anderson, Patti Owens (Jamie) of Burkesville, KY and Anthony Smith (Anna) of Burkesville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
